#LINXS Workshop# PyPhase - 用于X射线相衬成像的Python包

PyPhase是一个用于从在线(propagation based, Fresnel diffraction)相衬图像中进行相位恢复的开源代码。

它旨在提供：

• 为专家用户提供灵活的相位恢复工具箱；

• 高度模块化，集成了各种不同的功能，如配准、层析成像、快速傅里叶变换、读写数据和可视化的高水平模块；

• 集群和异构计算基础设施部署工具；

• 相位恢复算法的实现和开发工具；

• 适用于非专业用户的命令行界面和图形用户界面。

本研讨会的目的是介绍PyPhase包的实现原理，用法，以及对安装和初始使用以及应用提供技术支持。参与者需要携带自己的数据来使用PyPhase进行数据分析。

Day 1

• 10:30 - 12:00 Round table - presentation of participants and their needs

• 13:00 - 17:00 Individual work on data with support from the developers
