xPIN™ is an EUV/X-ray detector based on a PIN diode. The detector can be conveniently used as a handheld monitor or together with a sensor head mounted on an optical bench. It is charged via a standard USB device. When connected to a PC, the USB cable can also be used for data transmission. It can also be calibrated at specific energy points to measure accurate intensity. For EUV applications, both continuous and pulsed versions are available.
