We restrict access to information. Visit and needs-analysis records are cleaned up using a 90-day window. Conversations, enquiries and follow-up records are managed according to business needs and do not expire automatically; you may request deletion.
Your choices and contact
Visit analytics and record linking are on by default and can be turned off in the footer. We respect saved refusals and browser do-not-track settings. Turning them off does not affect basic use or automatically delete existing records.
