Introduction
The XSight Micron LC is an optimized compact two-dimensional (2D) high-resolution X-ray camera designed for micron and sub-micron applications such as X-ray microscopy, X-ray computed tomography (CT), and metrology.
The XSight Micron LC camera body can accommodate up to five XSight Micron LC Lens Units. With a bayonet mount, all lens assemblies can be easily and quickly replaced. Their housings prevent scattered X-rays from directly striking the CCD/sCMOS sensor and generating noise.

Compact and rugged design
The XSight Micron LC camera body is rugged and prevents noise caused by scattered X-rays directly striking the CCD sensor.
Two M6 threads on the bottom of the camera body facilitate easy integration with other instruments or systems.
The XSight Micron LC camera is an all-in-one unit. Camera data is transferred via high-speed USB2.0. No additional electronics box, dedicated computer board, or chiller is required. Simply plug the USB2.0 into a computer, and you can start capturing images!
Vacuum version available
A vacuum version is available upon request. Spectral range sensitivity can be extended to the EUV range (≥50 eV).
