XUV, IR Dichroic Mirror
In high harmonic generation experiments, separating XUV from NIR requires dichroic mirrors with high efficiency, high damage threshold, and broad bandwidth. We can provide standard or custom XUV dichroic mirrors based on your target energy. Compared with Brewster angle beam splitters and thin-film filters, dichroic mirrors (DM) based on multi-dielectric AR coatings have a higher damage threshold. In addition, this mirror can also be used for beam combining of XUV and NIR.
