An achromatic doublet is a combination of two individual lenses designed to focus light of different wavelengths at the same point.

Introduction
Introduction to XRnanotech
XRnanotech is the result of more than 10 years of research at the renowned Paul Scherrer Institute in Switzerland and was founded in 2020 to bring the latest breakthrough innovations in X-ray optics to the market. XRnanotech specializes in the study of nanostructures and the development and manufacture of the most innovative X-ray optical components, achieving the highest resolution, efficiency, stability, and design quality. The product line includes Fresnel zone plates, nanoscale gratings, diamond optical components, nanoresolution test patterns, and 3D resolution test patterns. The Fresnel zone plates manufactured by XRnanotech can achieve resolutions as low as <10 nm. With its unique Ir-line multiplication technology, X-ray beam focusing accurate to 5 nm can be achieved, making XRnanotech the world record holder in X-ray lenses.
Product Introduction
An achromatic doublet is a combination of two individual lenses designed to focus light of different wavelengths at the same point. Apochromatic optics are an improved version of the achromatic design that significantly extends the wavelength range. Both achromatic and apochromatic optics are applicable to visible light. However, achromatic X-ray lenses have only recently become available, and apochromatic X-ray lenses have never been experimentally demonstrated. Here, we use an appropriate combination of a Fresnel zone plate and an adjustable-spacing divergent CRL to create an X-ray apochromatic lens system.

Specifications

| <500nm | 6.4 keV (typical) | 1.2 keV (typical) |
Typical applications:
- High-speed X-ray full-field microscopy
- High-speed X-ray scanning microscopy
- Various X-ray applications such as X-ray microbeam radiation and synchrotron radiation beam monitoring
