High-Power X-ray Source
SEIFERT analytical X-ray offers a variety of X-ray tube types and anode materials to provide the appropriate wavelength (λ) and meet various application needs of users. The choice of anode material can be determined based on the required wavelength and the fluorescence radiation of the sample to be measured (Table 3). Corresponding filters for removing K-beta radiation are listed in Table 2. SEIFERT analytical X-ray tubes are available with fine focus, long fine focus, normal focus, or broad focus. Microfocus is available upon request.
Introduction
