HP-Spectroscopy's HHG beamlines are turnkey tools that allow scientists to fully concentrate on their research. Our product portfolio includes HHG light sources, online spectrometers, and experimental target stations.

The target of the HHG light source features a modular design, supporting gas targets, planar or rotating cylindrical solid targets. The spectrum filtered by low-maintenance metal filters ensures experimental focus.

For attosecond science experiments, the wavelength range of a single attosecond pulse is 6-16 nm, and that of an attosecond pulse train is 6-120 nm.

The BeamLINE light source enables highly stable operation: researchers can focus entirely on their research without needing to pay excessive attention to the tool.

Specially optimized beam stability and durable gas targets allow the system to operate continuously for 12 hours with a flux fluctuation below 3%. Targets with a high damage threshold and a carefully designed gas delivery system ensure a constant gas flow for months. Metal filters specifically designed for beamline use ensure low maintenance costs downstream.
