Multi-Channel Silicon Drift X-ray Spectrometer - ROCOCO
The ROCOCO system is based on a monolithic 4-channel annular SDD sensor geometry, allowing the detector to be placed very close to the sample, with the excitation beam passing through the central hole.

Introduction
The ROCOCO system is based on a monolithic 4-channel annular SDD sensor geometry, allowing the detector to be placed very close to the sample with the excitation beam passing through the central hole. This results in a large solid angle coverage of the analyzed sample and a significant reduction in measurement time. Compact preamplifier and power supply electronics ensure an optimal energy resolution of 125 eV FWHM@Mn-Ka and allow easy, compact integration into any experimental system.
